He brings a long history of photographic experience to his work. He has done portrait, architectural, and landscape photography for clients in the U.S. and his native China, working both on location and in the studio, and has exhibited his fine-art work at galleries across the U.S. Chen is adept with both digital imaging software and a range of output processes including cyanotype and large-format pigment printing.
